A mala is a simple string of beads used as a tool to help meditation. As a tactile guide you simply count mantras as you count beads. However there is more to malas than meets the eye.
Gemstones and crystals each contain their own individual energy which either alone or combined in a meaningful way can help and heal us where help and healing are most needed.
I love working with different stones to create malas, necklaces and bracelets that when finished are smudged clear with sage and then filled with love and intention. The handmade items are then completed with their very own sound healing.
Each piece comes with the information pertinent to each individual stone as well as my love.
